Celebrating the women who make reinvention a reality - that's you!
International Women’s Day always invites a moment of reflection, but this year feels especially meaningful to me. As I look at the extraordinary community that has grown around Rosie’s Reinvention Retreats over the last 18 months, I’m filled with gratitude for the women who have shaped, supported, and elevated this movement from day one.
When I walked away from my “big job,” as Editor in Chief of HELLO! magazine, I had of course done as much reflection and planning as I could, but I could never be 100% sure what the next chapter would hold. What I did know was that I wanted to build something rooted in midlife purpose, joy, and possibility. What I couldn’t have imagined was the sheer brilliance of the women who would walk alongside me, attending our retreats and engaging with me on social media, to help bring this vision to life.
Our Courageous Reinvention Community
Today I want to celebrate every woman who has subscribed, cheered, called, hugged, packed goodie bags, shared a kind word, or offered your time and energy as I built something new – you are the reason this community exists. Your belief has been the scaffolding that held me steady in the early days, and your encouragement continues to fuel everything we do. I want you to know how much every click of the 'subscribe' button, follow, comment on Instagram and word of encouragement means. I see you, and I am deeply grateful.
To all the women who have joined our retreat days so far and chosen to back yourself in the process: thank you. You have bravely chosen to reach for more joy, more purpose, and more alignment in this chapter of your life. And it is a choice. You've shown up as your full, unfiltered selves, even when it felt vulnerable or unfamiliar to do so. Your willingness to grow without fear of judgement is the heartbeat of this community and you are the embodiment of a reinvention mindset.

What “Give to Gain” Means to Us
This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, to me, speaks to the power of community, collaboration, and purposeful sharing. When women support women, we don’t just lift each other – we expand what’s possible for everyone. This community is the centre of my working life, and I’m grateful for every single one of you who contributes to its magic.
And the most exciting part? We’re only just getting started.
There are big plans ahead to bring the Reinvent like a PRO® movement to even more people, and I cannot wait to share what’s coming next.
